Sandra E. Baker, head of the Environmental Control Board, was recently fired from her useless city job because she was hardly showing up for work (among other issues). She was busted because of an investigation. In the following video I discuss this so-called city employee, but I forgot to mention how Frank Conaway Sr. has a similar work ethic.
