The first financial reports of the election season are out and Catherine Pugh makes a big statement! My thoughts on the races for mayor, 1st district, 3rd district, 5th district, and 13th district reps.

Edit: In the third district race I did not see the Jermaine Jones campaign finance report (there are many people in the database with the Jones last name). He raised a substantial amount of money. A lot of his money came from unions and out of state committees.
