The taxpayers of Baltimore are funding the pro-bond issues campaign! They are taking our money and using it to encourage people to vote to take more of our money! The fact that they are stealing our money to pay for election campaigns proves that they should not be allowed to steal more of our money!
The city sells bonds and then has to pay the buyers of the bonds back AND pay them interest in the future! The money used to pay the interest and the principal on the bonds comes from the taxpayers. So in order to fund things we can not pay for now we promise to pay MORE taxpayer money in the future!
