Baltimore- 1 in 3 residents are on food stamps

Some sad statistics were revealed today:

“1 in 3 residents are on food stamps and in 1 in 3 youth live in poverty”

How many of those residents have satellite dishes on the houses where they live? Many residents of Baltimore have no idea how to prioritize.
