The New York Times Magazine glorifies Baltimore’s lawlessness

Last night I received a text message from a friend who wanted me to check out the New York Times Magazine. He did not tell me what to look for and why I would even want to look for it. I looked online today and quickly saw what he wanted me to check out. The online version of the magazine has a video and numerous photos of illegal dirt bikes on the streets of Baltimore! Most of the photos are taken near Mondawmin which happens to be near where I live. The scenes are too familiar.

The Mayor won’t be Tweeting this New York Times article out.  This is the type of lawlessness we should be banning together to put a stop to, instead we have to see it glorified in a national publication that clearly does not have a clue what a menace to society this illegal practice is.
