The flooding of Baltimore

At about 7PM there was a huge deluge in Baltimore. It was quite impressive. By the time 8PM rolled around Bond street in Fells point was flooded. Aliceanna street near Pazo was also flooded and there was a Charm City Circulator bus stopped in the middle of the street. Traffic was totally messed up around Fells Point. Baltimore has a hard time handling weather events. There are rumors circulating that the Senator Theatre flooded and that there was some damage in the lobby.
