Water bills can be random and based on no real measurement. This is something that should scare everyone. Finally today the Baltimore Sun is confirming what the Baltimore Water Bill Woman and I have been saying for years: 65,000 in city, county likely overcharged on water bills, auditor says. WBAL TV is also covering the story. Sadly this is just the tip of the iceberg.
